Your tasks as a financial analyst at nexspace:

• Carrying out financial analyses and reporting to support business decisions
• Compiling budget and forecast models and various analyses
• Monitoring and controlling project budgets
• Analyzing financial key figures and devising recommendations for improving financial performance
• Helping to compile monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Collaborating with various departments on the recording and analysis of financial data
• Further development and automation of internal financial and business accounting

What would make you the ideal candidate:

• Studies completed in business administration, finance or a comparable subject
• Initial professional experience in financial and business accounting, e.g at a (Big Four) auditing company or in a corporate environment
• Ideally, experience working with external investors
• A solid knowledge of financial analysis and reporting
• Comfort working with MS Office, particularly Excel: Experience with the creation and management of complex financial models (business plans, etc.) is a benefit
• Confident communication in German and English at all levels
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas in an understandable way
• Ability to work in a team, open and positive attitude and a high service focus
• Structured and self-organized working methods
