Your tasks as a Transaction Manager at nexspace:

• Evaluating potential acquisition opportunities in the data center sector
• Lead and conduct due diligence to assess the strategic fit and financial viability of potential acquisitions.
• Negotiate and structure transactions, including purchase and lease agreements and other relevant documents.
• Working with internal teams, including legal, finance and technology, as well as external advisors and service providers to make the acquisition process smooth and efficient.
• Overseeing the integration of acquired assets into the company's existing infrastructure and business processes.
• Preparing and presenting reports and analysis to management and private equity shareholders to support informed decisions.

What would make you the ideal candidate:

• Several years of experience in the execution of transactions and acquisitions, preferably in the data center, real estate or infrastructure sector.
• Sound knowledge of financial analysis, contract negotiations and due diligence processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex business and financial data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, real estate management or a related field. An advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to visit potential acquisition sites and conduct negotiations on site.
